	*Service before the sale:* Critical decisions must be made before even specifying a new system. WMA can help at this stage of the project cycle by providing valuable input based upon prior experience. Service during Installation and Startup: When starting up a new project, many vendors are typically involved in a large new product launch. WMA field service engineers will work to resolve ANY problem, whether it is a WMA problem or some other problem. "Finger pointing" is not in WMA's startup philosophy. Service after the sale: Many controls system vendors sell you a product and a manual. In some cases, they initially set up your system, then you are on your own.
