Custom Services:

As a necessary part of providing comprehensive system services, WMA offers many high level skills to its customers. These skills are applied to solving unique customer problems and to establishing communications with a customer's current computer hardware and software. WMA's expertise is often used by customers to integrate stand-alone monitoring, test, quality control and business systems into an integrated management information system.

Device Interfaces:

In addition, WMA systems interface with servo controllers, custom control devices, tag readers, laser bar code scanners, flow meters, pressure gauges, digital calipers, scales, digitizers and many other intelligent devices. WMA works closely with the customer to develop comprehensive specifications for all systems.

Database Design and Consulting:

Today's commercial database engines provide customers with high data availability. However, as with most software technology, new versions and features are continually being released. WMA's database engineers are in constant contact with the database engine providers to ensure any potential problems with new releases have been addressed.

The usefulness of a large scale data base is dependent upon the data model design. When helping customers lay out a new data model, WMA's engineers begin with establishing a thorough understanding of the customers business process and data needs. From there, a data model concept is established. By looking at key fields and data relationships, WMA can design an optimum data model for a given need.
